  • 1 cup with soy;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • 1 can of corn;
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds with skin.

Preparation mode
