Preparation: Blend all the pomegranate pulp together with the water in a blender, then drink. To make it more chilled, you should add ice cubes to beat together with the pulp.

The pomegranate peel is the most anti-inflammatory part of the fruit, being important in the weight loss process because it helps to improve hormone production and strengthen the immune system, in addition to leaving the skin more hydrated, rejuvenated and without cellulite.

To make the tea, place 10 grams of pomegranate peel in 1 cup of boiling water, turn off the heat and smother the pan for 10 minutes. After this period, strain and drink the tea warm, repeating the process 2 to 3 times a day, without sweetening.

How to eat fresh pomegranate

Pomegranate can also be consumed fresh, in its natural form, being a good strategy to control the urge to eat in moments of anxiety. To remove the seeds more easily, you can use a small teaspoon or dip large pieces of pomegranate in ice water, as this helps to detach the seeds from the skin.
