The diuretic diet helps you lose weight because it has few calories, favors the proper functioning of the intestine and promotes detoxification of the body, but it is important to remember that this diet should not be done for more than 7 days in a row.

Cauliflower Rice Recipe
Cauliflower rice is low in calories and carbohydrates, and can be used for lunch instead of regular white rice.
- ½ cauliflower
- ½ cup of chopped onion tea
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- S alt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation:Wash the cauliflower and dry it. Then grate the cauliflower in a coarse grater or quickly grind it from the food processor or blender, using the pulse function. In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and add the cauliflower, letting it sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with s alt, pepper and parsley and serve in place of rice.
Diuretic soup recipe for dinner
This diuretic soup recipe is good to use every day with dinner for a week.
- 4 large tomatoes
- 4 medium carrots
- 300 g celery
- 1 medium green pepper
- 6 medium onions
- 2 liters of water
Cut the vegetables into slices or cubes and cook in 2 liters of water.
