1. Pineapple and parsley
Pineapple and parsley juice is great for anemia, as it is rich in iron and vitamin C, which is essential for iron absorption, relieving and fighting the symptoms of anemia.
Method of preparation: Blend 3 slices of pineapple, 1/2 cup of parsley and 1/2 cup of water in a blender. Then drink it as soon as it is ready to prevent the vitamin C from being oxidized and the juice losing its properties.
2. Orange and spinach
Orange and spinach juice is a great source of vitamin A and B vitamins, making it a great option to treat anemia.
Preparation: Blend 1 cup of orange juice and 1/2 cup of spinach leaves in a blender and drink immediately.
3. Orange, watercress and strawberry
This juice is rich in vitamins and minerals and helps to strengthen the immune system and improve mood, fighting the symptoms of anemia.
Preparation: Blend 1 cup of watercress, 1 glass of orange juice and 6 strawberries in a blender and drink immediately afterwards.
4. Lemon, kale and broccoli
This juice is great for fighting anemia, as broccoli is rich in vitamin B5, helping to fight the symptoms of anemia, and kale is rich in iron and chlorophyll, helping to increase the level of oxygen and number of circulating red blood cells.
Preparation: Blend the juice of 2 lemons, 2 cabbage leaves and 1 bunch of broccoli in a blender and drink afterwards.
5. Pineapple, carrots and spinach
Pineapple, carrot and spinach juice help to increase the amount of iron in the blood and thus increase hemoglobin and the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood, being very effective in combating and preventing anemia.
Method of preparation: Blend 7 spinach leaves, 3 carrots, 1/4 pineapple and 1 glass of water in a blender and drink immediately after it is ready so that the juice does not lose your properties.
6. Orange, apricot and lemon grass
Apricot is a fruit rich in iron and when consumed together with orange and lemon grass it helps in the treatment of anemia.
Preparation: Blend 6 apricots, 1 orange and 1 lemon grass stalk in a blender and consume immediately afterwards.
7. Passion fruit and parsley
Passion fruit and parsley juice is great for reducing the symptoms of anemia, mainly because parsley is rich in iron and folic acid, being very effective in treating anemia.
Preparation: Blend 1 large passion fruit, 1 glass of water and 2 tablespoons of parsley in a blender and drink immediately.
8. Orange, carrot and beet
