- 1 teaspoon of echinacea root or leaves;
- 1 cup of boiling water
Add the ingredients into the cup and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Then strain, let cool and drink up to 2 times a day.

2. Astragalus Tea

When used in studies with laboratory rats, astragalus extract was also able to reduce the duration of infections by viruses and bacteria, and therefore can be a good ally to fight various types of infections.
- 10 grams of dried astragalus root;
- 1 cup of water.
The root must be added to a pan with the water and brought to a boil for 15 minutes. Then, remove the mixture from the heat, let it cool, strain and drink 2 to 3 times a day.
In case you choose to use astragalus supplement in capsules, it is important to pay attention to the manufacturer's instructions regarding the dose, but several studies show that the plant is safe in dry extract up to about 30 g per day. 4. Ginseng tea
